First step is to insert a link on all web pages that the users can click to activate the feedback form. The link can be implemented as a standard text link or a image link. It is, therefore, easy to integrate the function in the existing design.
You can also choose to use a popup that automatically appears after a number of minutes or after the user has clicked on a certain number of pages on the website.
